Well,
its 4 a.m. and I can't sleep. So technically its still day 1 since we've
been here for less than 12 hours. I go down to the lobby and set up an
"office" and look for a cup of Kona coffee.
We all arrived intact at the Kea Lani. Our luggage was on time (early in fact) as we hopped an earlier inter-island flight from Honolulu to Maui. The Hotel is as beautiful as we remember it. The staff goes out of their way to be accommodating. The lei welcome greeting always adds a special touch. The bellhop is friendly and takes a nice digital photo of us all on the couch. Eric, Carol, Kelli, & Ilynn fresh from a 12 hour plane ride... As with most of the images on these pages, you can click to enlarge it. Use your back button to return. We arrived around 9 p.m. Maui time which is, like, 3 or 4 a.m. Detroit time. Nobody feels tired yet so we scout the grounds and check out the ocean. Check out the images to the right.
