Banderas Bay
	Banderas Bay (Bay of Flags) is a horseshoe shaped bay theorized to have been formed by an ancient volcanic crater. It is the 2nd largest natural bay in North America, measuring nearly 20 miles across with over 40 miles of coastline. A natural barrier formed by the Sierra Madre mountain range helps shelter Banderas Bay from inclement weather.
